At Magical Vault, we work hard to deliver your products safely and transparently. Please note that we currently ship only within the United States. We offer multiple shipping methods at checkout tailored to your order's price, weight, and delivery destination.

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum Order Value: We maintain a minimum order requirement of $50.00 USD to qualify for our price-based economy fulfillment tier.

Shipping Tiers & Delivery Times Our total estimated delivery windows are calculated using a 1-business-day handling time plus the respective carrier transit times. All delivery timeframes are measured in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

    • Daily Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

    Shipping Costs & Calculations Shipping fees are calculated in real-time at checkout based on an advanced calculation matrix:

    • Economy Rates: Determined dynamically by either total order price or package weight combined with your destination shipping zone.

    • Standard Rates: Determined dynamically by total package weight and your destination shipping zone.

    Exact shipping totals will always be shown clearly on the final checkout page before you enter your payment information. No hidden handling fees will ever be added after the fact.

    Tracking Your Shipment Once your order is processed and handed off to our domestic shipping carriers, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's transit status in real-time.

    Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your package arrives physically damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@magicalvault.com. We are operated by SWEN USA LLC and will coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
